I helped in the creation of two personas, whose purpose was to gain a better understanding of how we can design for elderly people, with a focus on new technology and healthcare. To learn more about older people, we conducted many different types of interviews in a residential area in Norrk?ping. Several types of interviews were conducted. The elderly got postcards to send back to us, and as part of a tip walk they had to answer questions about the residential area. The information was then used to develop concepts whose purpose was to improve different aspects of the elderly's everyday lives.
I, along with two others, conducted interviews and analysis. I created illustrations and storyboards, which were part of a published project report.
