As an interaction designer at Coop, I have contributed to concept development on how digital technology can improve customers' experience of grocery shopping, and I have also been responsible for large parts of the company's newsletters. I have designed storyboards, programmed frontend and programmed in the email system Neolane. I have also been responsible for sending some of the email messages, which often go to over 500,000 customers. All mailings are of course responsive, which placed high demands on both code and testing in all possible varianeter of devices, email clients and browsers.
